[Sca-cooks] Libro di Cucina

Folks,
Just before I dropped off of the face of the earth some time back, we were discussing this book, and someone who works at Duke University sent me a couple of Xeroxed copies of the book...I seem to recall that it is a not usually available manuscript.

The title reads, "LVII Ricette d'un Libro di Cucina", followed by "Del buon secolo della lingua".  It was published in Bologna in 1890, so I assume it's in Italian.  I cannot remember what we were talking about, nor why I have a copy unless it was to forward this on to someone who could translate it and was interested in doing so.

If anyone has any recollection of this, please let me know.  I still have both copies, and couple probably make a third, though that would be a copy of a copy and probably not as clear.  I would be delighted to mail a copy to whomever wants it.
