Wow. I seem to remember that being an expensive book when it was 
discussed here recently or maybe it was just more academic than I was 
looking for. It did sound interesting, though.

Whether or not TI is interested, you could also send it to me for the 
Florilegium. I have had articles in the Florilegium that were later 
printed in TI, as well as articles added after they were published in 
TI.
