[Sca-cooks] Baking bacon

I use the broiler pan which has the drippings catcher to which I add a bit 
of water to reduse the smokyness and spatter.  I just stick it in the oven 
at about 325 till it's cooked to translucent (which is the way I like it) 
and leave some in to cook browner and crisper.
