You did not offend me at all, Stefan.  Have no fear.  If I am going to
contribute recipes to the list, and especially if you are going to include
them in the Florilegium, then I do have to consider that my audience is
going to include beginners.  I welcome the questions and I did not take them
as criticism, but recognized what I had to do.
