I kinda like to eat lemon curd on a spoon....   Of course, once you've licked 
the spoon clean and then put it back into the jar to take another spoonful, 
obviously no one else can eat from that nasty, polluted jar --oh shucks and 
darn.

It is, of course, what lemon meringue pies are filled with, and small lemon 
tarts.  Robertson's makes a pretty good version.
