Bingo.

You are given a bag of stuff.  You figure out the stuff, then figure out 
the (hint at) theme.

The one last May War was (I assume) during the crusades, as the ingredients 
included fresh bay leaves, za'atar, goat milk, etc. etc. etc.  We (House 
deSteele) just happened to bring along Cariadoc's Miscellany with us, as 
well as Soup for the Qan, and we had a grand ol' time playing with it all.
