My wedding cake was an Italian Cream cake with lemon curd between the layers
and a pool of lemon curd on the top of each layer like a lake. It had a
beautiful reflective shine and was decorated with sugared pansies. The sides
were a pale yellow buttercream basket pattern. It was louverly for my
Victorian wedding.

It was delish even a year later.
