As a possible alternative I mention the following, a book with which 
I *am* affiliated.

I still have a few copies of my translation (English only) available, 
paperback $18 USD, hardback $27 USD, plus P&P.

I have so far been unable to contact Alfarhaugr (the publisher) to 
see if they are still in print.  There's probably a small stock of 
them sitting in someone's storage room somewhere in or near Eugene, 
Oregon.  Is there anyone from the Barony of Adiantum on the list who 
knows anything about the current status of Alfarhaugr (aka Elf Hill)?
