[Sca-cooks] buckwheat?

Buckwheat is not technically a grain, it is a member of the rhubarb family.
However, it acts like a grain, has similar nutritional qualities, and is
prepared like many other grains are.  Buckwheat groats are high in protein,
hardy and distinctively flavored.  Toasted buckwheat groats are called kasha
and have a mellower flavor.
