NO....an hibachi table is for cooking...

Kotatsu. you sit around and tuck the cover around you and you stay
wam....there is a big difference, although i wouldnt mind a hibachi
table modification i once say in a decoraters book of the 70s, a round
gas grill in the middle of a brick picnic table, meant for people to
cook their own burgers and such upon, though i would put it in the house
with a chimney over it=)
