[Sca-cooks] Shepherd's Pie

I first heard of frito pie a few months ago. Someone I knew on a net 
discussion group said she was making it for dinner, and I was reduced to 
asking what it was. (Usually I'm the one explaining food items... )  
Everyone else was shocked... hadn't I eaten that in school? Hadn't I 
grown up with it? No...
