Taco pie / chili pie sounds a bit like my enchilada casserole -- browned ground beef and onions mixed with with taco sauce and crushed tortilla chips, topped with cheese and baked. Amazingly it does taste a lot like Cal-Mex beef enchiladas. Aelfwynn
