[Sca-cooks]Mock Apple Pie? (was "Tuna Cassarole")

i make 'mock oyster pie' that is crumbled saltine crackers, chopped 
green cabbage, celery seed, black pepper and enough egg/cream 
custard[quiche glop] to come to the top and topped with seasoned bread 
crumbs dotted with butter. cant remember where the recipe came from but 
i have been eating it all my life, earliest memory of eating it was at 
the age of about 5.
