OOP = out-of-period, in this case, specifically for the SCA.

Since tomatoes and bell peppers are from the New World, and therefore 
unknown before 1492 outside of the Americas, and not commonly eaten 
in Europe in the 16th c., it is unlikely they were being eaten in 
Morocco within SCA period, i.e., before 1601.
