It was pretty much a done deal and then fell through. Partially my own
fault but it was still a pretty devistating blow. I couldn't think of a more
perfect job for me (except for the low pay).  Ah well, these things happen.

I'm not getting unemployment. Basically I have zero income at the moment.
It is really hard having to rely on the charity of my long-term friends. I 
know I
would do it for them if the situation were reversed but it is still very 
hard on
the pride.
