[Sca-cooks] Request for help/advice

I found it helpful to send a request to the local area group we were going
to be near and ask for information about any events they might be throwing
while we were in town.  We got responses from several folks that way, and
ended up staying with some wonderful people in Wales (that were Caidans).
I'm sure the folks in London get tired of being 'SCA Travel', so keep your
inquiries to SCA related activities first, then ask more detailed questions
once you've established a dialogue.
