Aeons ago, in the '50's, , there was a product called Junket that came in several flavors (of course, chocolate was the only one that counted) and was still-frozen in the aluminum ice cube trays. I remember it as being a favorite treat. Saw the other day that it is still around (surprise!). Prydwen
