[Sca-cooks] Storing Bacon??

i freeze all kinds of bacon all the time.  be careful how you that.... 
excess moisture needs to be taken care of before you cook.

like many frozen things, the less it looks like its natural state after 
freezing (read bacon crumbles or stewed apples) the better it works.  but i 
still get good quality after freezing.
