[Sca-cooks] viking food and fall fruit

For fall fruit, I would use late-season berries -- blackberries and maybe
raspberries. Possibly dried apricots. Also nuts are good -- specifically
hazelnuts. I think any grapes would have been reserved for wine, rather than
eaten as fruit.
