Cake and sugar artists, including Colette Peters, will be featured on
a couple of Food Network specials later this month.
Saturday, June 19th! is a day devoted to Weddings and food.
so at 9 pm & 1 am ET/PT (repeating 6/20 at 1 am and 11PM.
Colette will compete in the first
Food Network Beaver Creek Wedding Cake Challenge!

 From sketch to the final gumpaste bow,
Colette Peters will make a very special cake  on a special Jacques
Torres show! This airs at 2 PM followed by Emeril Lagasse doing marzipan
at 3 PM.
