Oh? I hadn't realized this cheese was that unique or different. I can 
usually get it at my local HEB market.

I don't think it has all that much flavor, at least compared to various 
blue cheeses or the Stilton that Adamantius mentioned.

Maybe I ought to bring some to Pennsic.
