This seems also to be the case in California. Jared has just acquired a
temporary handicapped parking permit that he is supposed to hang on his
rear view mirror ONLY WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED. You don't actually need
to display it when the car is not parked, right?
Co-incidentially, the rear view mirror just dropped off on Friday.
<LARGE SIGH> We need to go get some epoxy or something today.
