[Sca-cooks] Dairy substitutions

Count me in.  My good friend in Vegan and it's always nice to find ways
to substitute ingredients for common type dishes.  She has a few
recipes, but she mostly just substitutes in soy milk or egg replacer in
a normal recipe.  Anything I could find for her would be great.
