There are hundreds of parve cakes out there. My sweetie does a very nice
parve chocolate chip cake. Any good Jewish cookbook should have a lot of
them. If you want one with no flour look for a passover cookbook. My
favorite Kosher cookbook is "Spirit and Spice" which is generally known
as "The big purple Chabad cookbook" as it is put out by the
Chabad-Lubuvich hassdic group's publishing house. I'm not at all a
chabad-nik, i just like the cookbook.
