[Sca-cooks] butter-flavored crisco

I have a very good chocolate chip cookie recipe that uses butter-flavored
Crisco. It makes soft (as opposed to buttery-crisp) cookies. I would not use
it as a substitute for butter, but I have used it successfully to get a
butter-ish flavor in recipes calling for shortening -- specifically biscuit
recipes.
