Oh. okay. For some reason I have some nagging fear that choosing the 
wrong plant in this case, could be very bad. But I don't remember why.

Yes, the bark can be used for headaches or can be made to yield the 
same compound as aspirin? Which is what I was thinking of. But I don't 
know if some other part of it is edible as food. I think I would be 
interested in a class though, that showed how to process willow bark 
into a headache cure. Maybe because I'm familiar with the modern 
version. I quickly lose track of what is what in most herb and how to 
use them classes, though.
