I use a little more dried white willow bark, maybe 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons.
Pour the boiling water over the bark, cover the cup, and let it sit at least
10 minutes before straining. (I use a mesh tea ball and just fish it out of
the cup.) The tea is somewhat bitter, so honey is a nice addition.

The tea is analgesic and anti-inflammatory, good for headaches and muscle
aches. Some people who are sensitive to aspirin can still use willow bark
tea, but I would advise caution if you are one of those people.
