[Sca-cooks] Sca-cooks Digest, Portion size question

I generally plan 3 meat dishes (one per major course) of 4 ounces per
person. I usually serve a sweet at the beginning of the feast to take the
edge off the carnivore appetites and go heavy of the bake goods (being a
baker by preference). Since my feast tend to run 2 to 3 pounds of food per
person, I've seldom had any complaints about the portions.
