Yep. The weights used in the Assize of bread were Troy, not Tower
or Avoirdupois. The Assize and its use of Troy weights for the
bread continued in use in England until 1822 (perhaps later in some
towns outside London), long after most other measurements in England
had switched to Avoirdupois.
