I can see the demonstration at Kingdom A&S now. Are you volunteering to
demonstrate Thorvald? Cus I would pay to see that.

ooh, is that where Tom Shane sends his buyers to carefully select
hand-cut carats to go with the peas too? Christianna taking my drink and

It's done by specialists in Belgium, who place each individual pea in a
vice, after examining it from all angles, and with a single blow from a
chisel split the pea into exactly two parts, discarding the husk.
