Kiri, Regina, Serena, Tara, and I will be meeting tonight (Kiri and Regina
are both in Atlanta on business this week) for dinner. I left the choices
up to the out-of-towners, and they picked that bastion of Southern Atlantan
cookery, Pittypat's Porch. (They had their choices of everything downtown,
and they thought this would be the most fun.) I'll post the restaurant's
particulars below, it is a Southern institution. I can't believe all the
low-carb folks (and me who is just starting a cleansing fast, plus Serena's
on a liquid diet) are going to the home of fried foods and well-cooked
greens, but what the heck, it should be fun.
We'll raise a glass and toast all of our friends here on the Cook's List, so
you guys do the same around 7:30PM EST, ok?
Cheers!
Christianna
