[Sca-cooks] Mushroom allergy

By the way, Quizno's subs chain has come into my area, and though they are
great and my new favorite chain, if you are not familiar with them if you
are deathly allergic to anything-- especially mushrooms, which Subway
doesn't carry-- don't go to Quizno's.

They use the usuall sub shop approach of putting all the veggies togetehr 
in containers and having the employees grab them to put on the sub-- and 
of course some oils and sometimes some veggies get transferred from one 
bin to another.

Seeing as I'm not allergic to much, it's just fine with me and I'm 
thrilled that a sub shop has escaped the tyranny of the fungus-haters... 
but those who worry about mushroom spoons touching their food should 
definitely avoid it.
