Hm, is 3 years ago considered long? I know in some corporate identities
they change policies like many people change their underwear=\

I never bothered going to a formal WWish program of any sort, especially
ones where they provide food for a number of reasons...I am deathly
allergic to mushrooms and many of the prepackaged foods they CANNOT
guarentee to be free from shrooms in the 'natural flavors' ... and are
'accented' with lots of bell and otehr peppers ... or require you to
follow their recipes and as above, shrooms, peppers...also zucchuni,
eggplant, okra are the most detestable things on earth=) I much prefer
to be able to be free to use my own recipes and eat foods i actually
like the taste of. Just give me copious amounts of fresh spinach, baby
bok choy, artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, garlic,
brussels sprouts, cabbage .... and step back so you dont get hurt in the
stampede towards them=)

dang, now i am in the mood for mixed stirfried greens with a touch of
crumbled bacon, bacon fat and balsamic dressing=(
