Oh yeah. Frequently top chefs from around the area will put on
cooking classes in the upstairs demo kitchens.

I put in for catering, the kitchens and cooking class assistant but
will probably have to work my way up.

Oh, and on a related note, I submitted my resume when I filled out
the application but realized that my entire resume is just IT and
computer stuff. So I created a 'cooking resume' of all the feasts
I've done, the buffets, the catered events and my stints as
a Farmer's Market featured chef and mundaned it up a bit to show
that I really have some experience with food.
