Just a very, very good brownie, Stefan. Sort of a combination "diabetic
shock and heart attack" on a plate! (ain't nothing lo-cal, lo-fat,
lo-sugar, lo-carb or gluten-free about *these* babies!)
I put extra melted chocolate in them, which made them very fudgy and
yummy, but has also made them a little more fragile--holding together
pretty good now that they're cooled, but completely fell apart when hot
(not that that stopped me from eating them!) Boy, am I going to have
some happy co-workers!
--maire (no special herbs needed ;o)
