[Sca-cooks] Cooks Symposium next week

Haven't seen the schedule posted yet.  Would like to know before the day of - as four of us are traveling over from Calontir (Forgotten Sea/Coeur d'Ennui - Kansas City and Des Moines respectively) and we want to make sure we cover all if not most of the classes.  Then we can spread what we learned back here. :-)  
Also wanted to know if there will be anyone there selling books? Specifically cookbooks?  I need to know so I can transfer money out of my savings into the checking account before I leave.
