Probably. My webhost doesn't seem to have a problem with space or 
bandwidth. If it does prove to be a problem or has an impact on other 
users, then more money might be all that is needed to solve that.  Yes, 
I would prefer a non-windows specific format. I have no experience with 
making movies or transmitting them over the web, so a ready to go 
formated video would probably be best.
