[Sca-cooks] Which ingredients to avoid? [Was: Rue Substitute?]

Very valid point, and you might be surprised how many common cooking herbs
are contraindicated for use during pregnancy.  I will check my herbal books
and see if I can come up with a "short list" of those that may cause
problems, and amounts if indicated.
