Dark leafy greens. Cook in cast iron. And raisins, oddly, have a lot of
iron. I don't know if it's in there to begin with, or if it happens in the
curing process.

Oh god... Pims- the kind with the orange filling. And just about anything
with chocolate and good quality caramel. Riesen caramels, for instance. Or
the 'Black & Tan' brownie at McMenamins. And seriously sinful- I discovered
the hot fudge sauce that you heat in the bottle, in the microwave. Some
Dulce de Leche ice cream, and my hot fudge sauce, and oh baby!
Of course my sweetie makes really amazing chocolate mousse, but funny
thing, when he's here, I don't seem as interested in... that sort of
dessert... ;-D)
