    You know I,v never ( Big Word)  had a problem with cooking down any pumpkin and getting it to taste good .Its no secrete ,to get a thick pie you Boil or bake the water out.Now I prefer baking out the water: (Gives a nice flavor),and of course the spicing has to be right
