[Sca-cooks] plum pudding

I always thought of them as a victorian thing, myself, but I sure could 
be wrong.
Oddly enough, at the first feast for which I was largely responsible 
(actually the event steward, but the cook was out of town for christmas 
break during most of the prep), I did flaming plum puddings.  ah, memories!
