This is weird. I was in Borders yesterday while picking up
stuff for Thursday (Whole Foods and Honeybaked ham store
are just down the street from Borders. ).
Anyway Borders had a table display that featured books on the topic of 
food gifts, what to make,
recipes, how to package, etc. The titles addressed homemade
holiday gifts and homemade Christmas gifts. I just checked Amazon.
There's at least 144 titles out there on gifts and food. There's even a
Gifts from the Kitchen for Dummies.
Anyway if you are stuck for ideas or need thoughts on creative
packaging, you might take a look the local
bookstore and browse what they have for ideas and inspiration.
