Yes, it occurred to me *after* I'd sent my message that you might not 
be in a suburban home but rather in an apartment or similar building.

Well, come to Gulf Wars in Mississippi in March. The Early Period 
encampment there has a permanent forge building and they usually have 
several forges going throughout the week. And for the baking types, 
they have a permanent beehive type oven there as well.
