I am about to ascend to the next level of crunchiness. I want to start
milling my own grain. So, I'm scoping out the grain mills on
www.lehmans.com. They're... pricey. I went to eBay, and found mills at
a variety of prices, all far less expensive than at Lehmans. But, I
have no idea how to evaluate what I'm looking at. Can anybody comment
on the different brands? Hand turned vs. electric? Has anybody used
the KitchenAid grain mill attachment? Is it adjustable for different
degrees of fineness?

Thank you!
Magdalena
