Dear Bear:
Thank you for your missive and your insights. I happen to agree, whole 
heartedly, with everything you said. I guess I didn't properly express myself the 
first time around. My skills I'm secure in. My recipes, I'm not. I have tried 
almost all the recipes I have planned for this feast. I'm still working on it, 
my family makes good guinea pigs. I wish I could stick my head into your 
library of menus and recipes!
