Dear Marina:
I love long answers. They give me lots of food for thought (sorry about the 
pun). My Russian feast is slowly losing it's glamor as I am having trouble 
finding period documentation also. I come up with a beautiful and balanced menu. 
It takes allergies into consideration. I 've been through the test and 
eliminate process many times. Then the resources fall about 200 years too late. I'm 
beginning to think that this is not my year to do this.
