[Sca-cooks] period mincemeat...

Huzzah for Martha Washington!  She was a real Creative Anachronist, even 
if she was not a member of our particular Society.  I think she would 
have gotten along just fine with this company, a collector of cookery 
books of earlier times and redactor of same.
