I expect to be there and teaching a class on basic sugar paste.  On a
different note, I've signed up for a two-day course in England next May
with Ivan Day on sugarwork and confections.  It includes sugarpaste,
marchpane, gilding, fruit pastes and comfits.  I'll be sure to give a
report - or a mini-class - when I get back!
