This probably won't be too much help. I have a home fryer made by T-Fal. It
has a sliding temperature lever at the bottom with little icons of different
fried foods. I don't know the model number or what I paid for it, but it's
old enough that they probably aren't making that model any more anyway. It
works pretty well, but I don't use it very much because I hate cleaning up
fry spatter.
