It had nothing to do with anything I'd eaten, but my doctor laughed the 
whole time he spent pulling a splinter out of my derriere that I had 
gotten when I sat on an unsanded piece of scenery during a dance number 
rehearsal at the Virginia Museum Theatre--many years ago!
